Reception:
The reception desk is open 24 hours a day, you can contact reception by dialling “0” on the phone in your room.

Meal Times:
Breakfast: 8:00am – 10:15am (Please Note Breakfast Times Must Be Booked At Reception)
Bar Food: Available from 12.30pm
Dinner: 6pm – 9pm
Sunday Lunch: 1pm – 2:30pm

Room Service:
Breakfast room service is available, this service has a charge of €7.50 per person, to avail of this service please fill out the room service card provided in your room, this card should be left down to reception before 11pm.

Check Out Time:
Guests must vacate their rooms by 11.30am on the day of departure. Please contact reception if you wish to have a late check-out and they will be happy to arrange this for you if possible. The charge for this is €10.00 per hour.

Fire Exits:
Please read your fire notice & escape plan, this can be found on the back of your bedroom door. Find out where you nearest exit door is in the event of an emergency. Should the fire alarm sound please follow the instructions and make your way to the nearest exit. The assembly point is now located in the rear car park of the hotel. If assistance is required dial 0 for reception.

Electricity in the Room:
Please note the power switch inside your bedroom door must be on for the power in your room (switch with the red light)

Credit Cards:
All major credit cards are accepted.

Room Charges:
Pre-authorisation of a credit card must be completed at reception to allow items to be charged to your room.

Tea & Coffee Making facilities:
These facilities are available in each room as standard & are refilled each morning.

Housekeeping:
If you should require any items from our housekeeping department, please dial “0” for reception & they will have them delivered to your room.

Hair Dryers:
For your convenience a hair dryer is standard in every room, if you encounter any problems, please contact reception.

Irons:
Should you require an iron and board, please contact reception and they will have one delivered to your room.

Laundry Service:
There is an in-house laundry service available to our guests, to avail of this service please ask at reception for a laundry slip & a laundry bag, the completed slip & the bag(s) of laundry must be left at reception. The hotel does not provide a dry-cleaning service.

Fans:
Fans are available from reception, please note a deposit of €20 is required, this will be refunded on return of the fan.

Umbrellas:
Umbrellas available at reception for guest use.

Babysitting Service:
Please speak to one of our reception team to organise a babysitter.
